Well, that sounds possible to me. It would not of lived in a soft shell anyway or that would of been something else but Wow ! Pretty cool.She has been laying eggs. This one just popped out while I ran into the house to get a glove in case she needed help with the membrane coming out. I had an avian vet tell me once that bc the uterus can expand eggs can pass around other eggs. I think it must have been inside her for a while with regular eggs bypassing it.
Likely at 5 years old.I dont know. I would think it more likely you might of missed seeing it ? Or maybe she was egg bound w/ it .
