Long live the King - the neverending story of Brahmalot!

A friend has a horse barn here in Massachusetts and he has been catching raccoons for almost three years now, I think the count is almost twenty by now. They are horrible when it comes to chickens, another friend had 8 bantams and a duck just killed in one night. My coops are like a fort once the door is closed, I leave no opening unscreened so not even a weasel could fit in.

Brahmalot is secure, but one outlying annex is not. That area is not normally used at night, but the neighboring Giants became complacent and careless, causing two of the ladies of the kingdom to pay the ultimate price.

Dear Sjisty,

I only found Brahamalot yesterday and just finished reading the whole 220 pages. I wish to thank you for being such a great carer for the citizens of the kingdom and such a wonderful storyteller us all. Really. As many before me, I laughed and cried with it, and end up with the feeling of personally knowing all these unique characters. Everything about it is truly inspiring, showing the immense complexity and value of their lives. Keep up the good work!! Brahmalot has gained yet another faithful follower!!

Thank you - new readers are always appreciated!

Brahmalot is being besieged! This third beast must be captured tonight!

You need a dog! We have a sheltie mix and her keeps all the ground predators away. I don't know for sure if our coop is raccoon proof but he makes it raccoon proof. He doesn't run around at night just during the day, just his presence keeps them away. He knows not to eat the chickens and doesn't bother them. And the neighbors feed the raccoons!

The "protectors" of Brahmalot cannot be trusted with the citizens so they have to be kept in a separate area!
