Welcome! Hope the quail hatches...quail are soooo cute! Just make sure you have food for it. It will need 28% protein for the first 6 weeks of its life.

You bet! We actually looked long and hard for the right reccomended game bird starter but I've had no luck so far, but our local store carries turkey starter which I've heard can work, and that brand has 24% protein. I figured if we supplement with live gutloaded bugs that might work decently - although of course we're new at quail in particular so if you know anything that I am overlooking please do let me know!
