Longest you can go between valbazen doses

I can treat today or tomorrow but 10 days from either of those I will not be here. Would it be best to treat tomorrow and day 12 or wait until Tuesday and be able to retreat at day 10?
All my chickens seem healthy (minus ridiculous pecking order/behavior issues). I found one roundworm in a normal poop this morning. All the other coop and run poop looked fine (I scoop poop daily). I am assuming that seeing a worm means I should definitely treat, correct?

Ten to fourteen days is pretty standard between Valbazen dosages to get the newly hatched worm larvae. I think you can go a little longer even, but since most people may chose to do an egg withdrawal time after worming, most of the time 10 days is posted.

Ditto what @Eggcessive stated, redose 10-14 days after the first dosing.
