look!!!! a strange chicken! Not a cock or hen! (PICS)

When the ovaries in a hen or duck are damaged/removed, they start to grow plumage & comb like a male which is why the hen looks like a rooster. Very interesting

Pretty Rooster, maybe he is gay? Hee Hee. Welcome from Maryland (USA). I buy a lot of beautiful jewelry from China on eBay. I also love Chinese food, and your country is beautiful.

A capon is a neutered rooster. They remove the testicles surgically from inside the body cavity in a process called caponizing. A capon gets much bigger than normal & stays more tender & docile then it would as a rooster.

Thank you for the education on this subject. It looks to me that the gentleman is going thru the side of the chicken. Am I missing something ? Or I do I need to retake anatomy again?

Bird vs mammal anatomy are different.

The testicles on a chicken are located inside the abdominal cavity, not in the place you would expect on most animals. So yes, the surgery is done through the side.
