I looked into it at one time, but for my uses couldn't bring myself to be able to justify the 36 hour starvation period. I have looked at the tutorials here and on other sites and they are helpful. I get the basic idea, but the pictures are fuzzy on most and you can't see where exactly they are 'looping' the glands nor do they say where to look to find (nor how to 'get') both testicles without nicking an artery.

I guess I just need to open one up and have a look myself. (One that has already been dispatched.)

And has already been said, the way Chinese Capons does them it's like zip-zip-flap-snip-snip-DONE!
