I think that there are recipes in the cookbook White Trash Cooking. The last time I tried to buy the book, I found that it was out of my price range for a cookbook. But still I know that my sisters bought it for my mother, and mom was tickled. She really liked the pictures that reminded her of her Aunt Margret. Aunt Margret live in a Hollow up in the back hills of West Virginia.
