Now the trick is finding out how mama got into your coop before she eats your chickens and/or eggs.

Ahhhh ok. Good luck with your project. I am in desperate need of a new coop. I will be doing some building myself soon. I finally have the funds to do so.

I had asked my 3 year old grandson if he wanted to check for eggs. He always wants me to come with him. I said now look in the box, and he said, there's a chicken in there. Well, I was puzzled because all the girls are out and about. So, I looked and thats what I found. I am so glad it didn't bite him or something and that he hadn't reached in there. I don't know what was wrong with it as it just laid there and you could tell it was almost dead. Now, I will be scared to have him collect eggs for me!
