I had these 4 shelves delivered today! I have been looking at them for a long time and had noticed they were cleaning out the building a week ago. Well today there were people and I asked if I could have them! I offered my old washer and drier in exchange. Now... I have to think of a good way to turn them into coops. I figure I will use them two by two, like the way I have them set up. But they need an angled roof. The siding should be easy enough.

Cut the legs of the tables at an angle to angle them for a slanted roof.
Measure three times, cut once!!
might want to get some metal angles to fasten the pieces together for strength.

Those are cool.
If you need a pitched roof for the rain and stuff you could make a storage area in the space between the coop ceiling and the pitched roof? (Around your ventilation of course)
Keep us posted!

I was thinking about storage on top, but then again they are pretty tall. That is my 9 year old daughter in the picture and she is not short.

For sure I will have to anchor them together. Need to close the tiny gap between them. But would attaching the nesting boxes would be a pain if the whole thing was at an angle? Maybe not but it would seem uncomfortable if my life was at an angle.

Taxes better hurry up! Tomorrow just can't come fast enough. lol
