I talked to Sherry and she was very helpful.
When I ordered mine, I got a confirmation email. I checked it out, and my street address was totally wrong, not even close. (Even though they ship to a PO.) A closer look, and I realized whoever typed it just had fingers on the wrong keys. So I called, and I talked to Sherry. I explained the problem, and she took care of it right then and sent me a new email. She thanked me for catching the mistake.She's answered my email questions right away too, so A+++ for customer service so far.
She listened to me natter on about how excited I was to get Bielefelders, what I was going to name them, blah blah blah!
