Good luck at the vet tomorrow. I don't know if you had planned on it, but it would be a good idea to get her a shot of Oxytocin tomorrow when you go to clean her out. Congrats on the pups!

For anyone else who is reading this: It is not recommended to move a ***** during the last week of her pregnancy unless it is absolutely necessary. This is a time when she should be relaxing in her whelping area getting comfortable and ready for her puppies. If you DO move her, you may have the same experience this OP did, puppies being whelped in your car. Not ideal.
Congrats on your litter. Now the real nail biting begins. I am a nervous wreck for the first 3 weeks every single time.
