I am planning my Christmas cooky boxes and thought I'd add homemade mints this year. I searched all the recipes that I have of my Mother's and can't find her recipe. I know she cooked them on the stove and poured them onto wax paper from a spoon. It made nice round creamy mints. She DID NOT use cream cheese and they weren't like a fondant. Her's melted in your mouth and weren't pasty like some I've tried. I have round mint molds that I would like to use. Can anyone help me with a recipe? I'd be very grateful.
