Try Craigslist. They always have free roosters year around. I've given a few away there. I currently don't have any free roosters available, rate now anyways.

If you have a local feed store that allows customers to post, there might be roosters looking for homes there. My store keeps a sign up sheet for people wanting to rehome roosters.

If you were near to me, you could have your pick of 3 roosters that I have here that are scheduled for butchering on Monday, simply because I have too many of them.
