Owl decoys are useless because hawks soon realize they are inanimate objects and no threat. Crows are good to have around because they will harass hawks and other birds of prey. As a caveat, they will also take baby chicks if an opportunity presents itself.

Oh ok but how do I prevent hawks coming around?

Because the hawk is highly intelligent how do I get it to go away and prevent hawk attacks and protect my hens more?

There is nothing you can do to keep hawks from coming around when you have chickens. If allowed to free range, chickens are always at risk to being attacked by them. I keep my flocks confined but I have a pair of red tails and a Cooper's hawk that hang around every day just waiting for me to set them free. We even had a Bald Eagle sitting in our large Spanish oak tree last week. Now that was a sight to behold.
