Looking for a source in the USA for standard size Silkies

Hi All,
I’m a professional flocker and am helping a client put together a mixed flock. She has her heart set on standard sized Silkies but, as many know, they are difficult to find in the US. I have a small animal sanctuary and recently adopted what I am certain is a standard silkie but the rescue had no info on the source. Does anyone know of a source of hatchlings or fertile eggs of standard Silkie chickens? Looking forward to finding this rare gem of Silkies.

The best source for me has been Facebook though. I find a breeder on there, go to their page, then look at everyone posting on their post, and check a few of them out too.

Tsc. There silkies where always bigger then they are suppose to be.

I have two white silkies from TSC. I’d say they are somewhere in between bantam and standard.
These are pet quality.

So appreciate this. In your experience, have you been aware of anyone breeding Standards in the US? I’m puzzled as to why it’s so rare.
