Looking for a thread

    Does anyone remember a thread (or maybe I made it up, or maybe I dreamt it) that showed processing chickens, by skinning and just cutting the chicken into breasts, wings, and quarters, without gutting? Maybe there wasnt one, maybe it can't be done, but I could have sworn I saw one....somewhere.....

    Don't recall the thread that you are talking about. It would be difficult to process the breast without opening the gut cavity... I guess you could bone out/off the breast meat without the gutting process. Good luck.

    Thats a great blog; a little too involved for me.

    I wonder if you could skin the chicken, then cut down the breast bone and open it up, clean it, then cut it up. Im really not needing whole chickens, I much prefer parts.

    I guess Im just trying to find an easier way. Probably what I need to do is just DO it on an unsuspecting victim, and see how it turns out.
