Looking for Ameraucana or EE hens daytrip distance from northern IN

I'd even be interested in pairs, or an older hen past laying, I have a solo peacock who identifies as chicken, my last hen just passed, I don't want him to he alone all winter!

Maybe,, or maybe not. Lets see if person responds to your post there. There is another person in Chicago that has 3 chickens to offer. I responded to the post, that I could rescue 1 of the 3. I could rescue,,,, but not really looking to add chickens at this time BTW.
That person has not responded,, and looks like they have not been back to check their BYC posting since posted.
