Looking for Clarification

We have silkies and one Australorp just looking for clarification on what gender they are so we can move forward with re homing.

The silkies are about 16 weeks old, the australorp 20 weeks and none have started to crow or lay

The silkies are cockerels. The australorp is a pullet

At 20 weeks old, the Australorp is female. She might start laying in the next few weeks or so.

(No opinion on the Silkies: I have not learned to recognize males vs. females in that breed.)
