Day 19. If an egg stopped rocking, does it mean its not good or is the chick resting?Do all the eggs move b/c of positioning themselves before pipping? Newbie here, need reassurance.

I'm locked down too. No action so far. But these are geese and can hatch up to 35 days. I don't think I can wait that long.

I have one chirping but I don't see a pip yet unless it's on the bottom side. This one has good set of lungs.

Good evening, all! We went into lockdown yesterday, and this afternoon when I got home, I checked the bator to see temps and humidity, and there was an egg pipped! This was around 2pm and it's now 1040. It didn't make any more progress until about...oh, I think it was 8 b/c I was putting the kids to bed. It made a hole in the shell now, and I saw it's beak poke out to get some air. While I was just now looking at it, I heard the faintest peep...so that's a good sign!
Alright...time to get some sleep, though I'd much rather watch..
