Anyone have a recipe for FROG Jam (Fig, Raspberry, Orange, Ginger)? I'm getting requests for the flavor and haven't made it before.

I found a couple recipes online, but they're vastly different from each other. Maybe someone here at BYC has a favorite you would share?

I have never heard of it, but boy that sounds great! Now I want toast

I HAD to come look. And the FROG jam sounds wonderful.

I have not made it but I would choose the recipes without the artificial flavored gelatin crap first, most of the recipes I came across had that in them. I am going to try this one for my Christmas baskets this year, it sounds fabulous. I usually end up trying 4 or 5 new every year some are a success some not so much

Printed this one off and will try. We lost most of our figs due to cold weather but noticed that there is a second crop coming on. I have made plain ole Fig jam but this one sounds really good.

Intersting that you would make a "FROG" Jam given your BYC title -
