You might call around to the local feed stores. One of mine did get peahens last year. Oh wait, that was guinea fowl. Still possible they might add it to their orders for you if you ask.
Another option is craigslist. I see them there all the time in the farm and garden section. And I usually search not only mine but the other 2 CL areas that are about 90 minutes from my location.
