   I could swear that I saw a recipe for making my own sour cream here. Somewhere.............I just can't find it. I know it's here - although I could be wrong.LOL
   
   Would someone please, please tell me where it's at?

   Do you make yogurt? Make yogurt as usual, but use 1/2 and 1/2 instead of milk, and you'll have sour cream.
