Hi! It's nice to have you here! It sounds like chicken keeping will come naturally for you. I don't think you'll be getting any cheaper eggs than from the grocery store, but I don't think you'll regret it!
I've lucked out with all my dogs, but I'm hoping you won't have any problems getting them all introduced or keeping them apart. I wish I had some good tips for you, but I think @DobieLover's poultry netting suggestion or some type of electrified fencing should work well.
