Looks like a Roo - no crowing? 19 weeks old? Sex/Breed?

That dont hold true all the time...
There are some Red earlobe breeds that lay white eggs...
For example the Lamonas, and some lines of gamefowl have red earlobes and a lightly tinted to White egg.

It's confirmed today!!! We've got a ROO!!!
I heard a strange sound out on our front porch - I was shocked to see my little "Fog-horn, Leg-horn" trying to crow!!!
Here are some videos of his first attempt at Crowing - he is a sweet little roo (yes we know his age +/- a week, 21 weeks old now!)

I must admit, the head looks like a roo, but the rest looked all girl. And not to mess things up further, but I have had hens crow... it happens. Not often, but it does.
