I have a EE. At first I thought it was a pullet. Then came a bigger puffy strawberry red comb, more colorful and 2 long curling tail feathers. Now at 14 weeks..no crowing (i know that can happen) but all the other tail feathers are thick and rounded..i wouldbe thrilledif it were a pullet. Alwayscomes for cuddles a couple oftimes a day....any expert opinions would be great !

Thanks for confirming what I suspected. Those round tail feathers and no thin pointed saddle feathers have me confused for sure...wish i knew what was mixed in this mutt.

It's mostly the comb that's the giveaway here.

Thats what was the first signal to me but other who have chickens that saw him say they think pullet. I wish he was a pullet because he is a trilling cuddlebug!
