When speaking to my friend at the USDA she mentioned that since the some members of the Hispanic community don’t understand the impact of poultry diseases that they are unknowingly spreading vND.

The quarantine/euth areas are heavily Hispanic and Spanish-speaking. I don't buy for one minute that this is a language barrier or "understanding" problem.

She states that she didn't let them in at the time because they lacked ID. Since then, the state's decided that all chickens within a "euth zone" are to be killed, and testing doesn't matter.

Again, if there is epidemiological evidence of windborne or other non-human mediated transmission, let's see it. Better yet, let's see ANY evidence of how VND exactly spreads cross-property.
