Losing a kidney

I have a tentative date for surgery. Aug 3rd, Two weeks from yesterday. I have to make another 3 1/2 hour one way trip to Indy, between now and then, for more pre op testing.

Did you ever get all of your questions answered? I've been thinking about you a lot. I hope and pray all goes well for you during your surgery.

I had surgery to repair my kidney in March. I'm not sure how different removing one is, but mine went pretty well. Hurt like heck for about 4 days, then I was still pretty sore for another couple of weeks, but felt fine after that. Hope all goes well for you.
