lost 3 chickens in 2 days... lethargic, cant hold head up any ideas???

they have all had the same symtoms. fluffed up, diolated eyes, lethargic, loss of weight. any ideas??? please help....

How old are your chickens? From your description it sounds like coccidiosis . It can take a bird down very quickly, and birds are often fluffed up and listless. Sulmet or Corid from your local feed store, whichever you can get ahold of, would help to cure it if you think the symptom's match. Both are given in the water.

my chickens range from 6 weeks to 3 years old. thank you thats what i thought it was. the first 2 were about a year old and the other 1 was about 8 weeks old. i will try the sulmet today. thank you and i will keep you posted.
