I would guess dog because like miss Lydia said, they don't eat them they just kill.
I lost a hen to a dog a couple months ago and the dog keeps coming back to kill more, so I would be on watch to make sure the others are extra safe.

Yeah, definitely looks like a dog. I found more punctures and some paw prints in the snow where my dogs don't go.

She was beautiful! I'm so sorry you lost her it will be back so keep an eye out, maybe you can catch the dog.

A dog killed one of my chickens a couple of months ago and won't stop coming back. owners don't care.

If people would just keep their animals put up like they should. in stead they let them run free on everyone's property.
