Lost a lot of my chicks! Help

Pics
Hello,
So the one I had stopped sneezing. I put them outside with the pine wood. That night they were to cold and I noticed I did not have any windows for them. I put them back in garage. Then 5 more started sneezing. They were outside with heat but the pine for 3 hours . The next day I added a window for ventilation and used low dustarge shavings. The five are still sneezing. No mucous or bubble eyes. Attached is the coop.
Today, I also introduced outside the one lone survivor of the last batch. I know she may be a carrier or is a carrier of whatever the others had but we're keeping the eggs for ourselves and family. I won't coop her yet because the others are sneezing which I'm sure is from the old wood bedding. Let me know if my coop had enough airways please. The sneezing scares me. Btw no horse peeps or stuffed throats. Advice please! You all are great!
The yellow is the carrier. She still doesn' t look as happy and energetic. Plus she' 2 weeks older and is smaller. Should I cull? She drinks and eats ok.

I would watch them for a couple of days to see if the sneezing increases or other symptoms present themselves. Could be the fluctuation in the temperatures and new environment.

Any ailment can slow growth in addition to different genetics even from the same parents. I wouldn't let that be a reason to cull unless she appears to NOT be thriving.

No, if that window is the only vent.. it likely isn't enough ventilation or light as they grow. It may be OK for now. Maybe the crack between the boards add up to make a difference?
