I am afraid I Know the answer but am hoping I don't..
One of our dogs (a "guard" dog--err, puppy..) got a hold of one of our 4-month-old chicks.. Other than the fact that her crop is pretty much gone, she's otherwise unscathed.. We have her separated from everyone else now and she's walking around, drinking water, seems fine.. But obviously, there's a problem!!
Can they live without their crops? Could I just smush her food up for her and feed her any special way? I don't want to put her down if I don't have to
Thanks ya'll...
