Getting through the burial was rough, I have a daughter just 2 months older than he was and she cried her little eyes out...that was bad.

Digging a grave for a big dog in a yard with 10,000,00 tree roots was physically exhausting too.

I should sleep well tonight, but I don't think I will.

what a beautiful dog! i am so sorry you lost your family pet. he sounds like a lab our neighbor had. he would open doors and cabinets. amazing!
my stepsister had a head stone made for my dad's fiest (sp) when he passed on. we do alot for our dear old friends and pets! they love us so much uncondtionally. sorry i went on and on. so sorry he has passed on. i know he will be missed :aww

Sorry for your families loss he sounds like he was a great friend. I had a cat that was 16 years old when he died. That was several years ago and I still miss ole Spook.

So sorry to hear about a great friend. Hybrids are sooo cool!

We have a 10 year old husky that goes in for xrays next week. He's been weezing & sneezing for a few months now.
