"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

I met with Twiley last week, and got a few new babies

Looks like I will have 8 breeding pairs of Sebbies next spring. Lots of whites, grays, and a few saddlebacks hopefully!

These babies came from Twiley. The first is a curly goose, second is a smooth gander, and last is a curly gander.

This is my original Trio. Freckles, Savannah, and Julianna

And these are my favorites! My gray pair

The adults are just coming out of a molt, so I am hoping they will look even better by the fall.
Beautiful!!!

Waiting on my coop to be finished so don't have any chickens yet. It's been such fun researching and trying to decide what breeds/colors I would like. I only have room for 4-6 hens to start out. The St Tammany Fair is in Sept. There will be lots of chickens being shown there.

Who can I contact about showing birds at that fair....Any chance you might know?

Thanks,
Chris

While I am in Texas I'm only 20 or 30 minutes from louisianna and I have a good friend in Shreveport (so I'm there fairly often) my friend and I have both gotten into chickens and she asked me if I knew of anyone with silkies.... I think hers are between 8 and 10 weeks old (next trip over I'll do some pics so maybe someone can help us figure of they are Roos or hens!

I'm lookIng for show or breeder quality Cayuga ducks and welsh harlequins.
