I've never measured him but 28" sounds about right. He is as big or bigger then my oldest NH Roo and he still has a little growing and filling out to do yet. I have a BO Cockerel that's about 6 months old that towers over my largest BR. He looks to be almost the size of a small turkey. The BO hens in the above pic are bigger, not taller but bigger than that BR Cockerel also. How tall is that BR? It looks to be about 28" to me, that's a big boy.
I'm not on the list:
PrimroseMom1 - Baton Rouge
I'm interested in knowing others that live around here. I live in the LSU area of Baton Rouge.
