"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

If anyone knows anyone who has one or if you have one and want to sell a food/meat scale, please let me know. I"m looking for a kitchen food scale that goes to at least 40 lbs.
A week or so ago, I bought a postal scale on EBay, that is compact enough to use as a kitchen scale and is accurate up to a tenth of an ounce and goes up to 86 pounds, works off 3 batteries (including batteries and an AC adapter) for $14.20 including shipping! I think they still have some. Here is the auction I won. They were auctioning one every 10 to 15 minutes, so you can probably get one for the same price or maybe less!

Good morning everyone! I hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving and a great weekend. I took full advantage of my days off. I got A LOT of rest rest rest. I feel refreshed. :D

I did go out to Walmart on Thursday night and I was able to cash in on a lot of the deals. It wasn't too bad in Walmart. The only thing that I didn't get was the fire pit. They had those placed WAY on the other side of the store near the groceries. :smack You would think they would have been in the lawn and garden section huh? NOT!!! Oh well, I guess I didn't need it.

Have a great day ya'll!

I finally got around to taking pics of the sheep pen that was built from using free white posts and recycled lumber that I found on Craigslist in 2010. Yea, it ONLY took us 2 years to finally get it up. This is another sheep pen that was built for them. Trying to have as less grass as possible to cut.

wow they are pretty! GREAT looking fence too! lol, *only two years) -- in our world, you are running right about on schedule! We had our new front door in storage for 2 years before we actually got around to putting it up (it was a freebie, too! fiberglass oak-look that was a display of a discontinued pattern at a Lowe's in Lake Charles).

LOL @ running right about on schedule. I'm so glad!!!! WHEW!!!! Oh and I thought I was the only one who had a door in storage for that long. I got mine from Lowe's in Opelousas. Mine wasn't a freebie like yours but it was pretty cheap though. At least we know that we do git her done. It just takes a while. LOL :gig
