Good morning ya'll.

I am getting some VERY interesting calls and emails about my turkey eggs and guinea eggs that I have for sale. You tell people a price and they try to make an offer that is half of what your price is. SERIOUSLY?? REALLY?? Come on dude! Do I look like Wendy Water Head?

I guess these people don't realize that when these eggs hatch, they have a small fortune/investment.

And they expect to get the eggs for nearly free. NOT !!!!!!

I pick and choose who I give deals and freebies to and it's not to any Tom, Harry and Honey Boo Boo that emails or calls me. It's for people that I know or people that I have chosen to "pay it forward" to.

I get that all the time. "Will you take an offer?"... I say, "Yeah, a full price one!" Every now and then I'll be interested in swapping for something, but that's about it!

Gracie, I couldn't tell them what I REALLY wanted to say because I have to remain professional but one day the right person is going to catch me on the wrong day. And it won't be pretty AT ALL. I had 1 guy that wanted to buy some fertile chicken eggs at the eating egg price. I was like HUH? You wanna do what? You wanna pay how much for what? SERIOUSLY? So you are telling me that you want to pay $3.00 for a dozen of fertile chicken eggs? Is that is what you're telling me? So dude you are saying that you want to buy 10 dozen fertile chicken eggs for $3.00 a dzoen = $30.00????? Now let me get out my calculator so that you can see what the REAL price will be. After I got up off the ground from laughing at him, I said NO !!!!!!

I am on several facebook pages--I have actually just about stopped even visiting all of the Louisiana Poultry pages I know of. I tend to stick to the "Rare Breed" pages as most people there usually know what they are doing.

I got frustrated on one last week when the mod started telling someone who was helping answer questions to "shut up or she would be blocked"...geez...if you don't know the answers to questions for newbies, let someone else answer. I certainly don't know everything and need advice sometimes, too.

You'll have to PM me who you are Gracie...we can compare notes on the Honey BooBoos out there.
