"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

I was going to ask you about what to do or say. This is my first close encounter with terminal cancer of a friend. I send him text hugs and give in person hugs. I told him that he has always wanted to make the most of each day and I will help with that. I told him I was sorry about the test results and sad. I just don't know. He said the chemo made him so sick that he didn't think he wanted to do that again since they offer no hope of a cure. Can you help with what to say or do? PS. When I had cervical pre-cancer, they just took everything out, but I was 42 and single.

I've helped a couple of friends when they decided to quite treatment.I'd say be honest if they ask you something. And be there a lot of friends distance themselves because they don't know what to say. Pray it helps with healing and passing. Sometimes they just need a hug or a hand held. Pam

Very pretty blue egg!!!

Oh no! Hope all turns out fine.

Should it not be... this batch shall be dubbed...Designer pottery! Unique!? EBay for stupid money! Watch them sell like crazy!

That's what I'm hoping for. Sometimes we've had happy accidents. This is the first time we've had this happen so I'm hoping for the best. Praying this weather doesn't trip the breaker again. Pam

He will have better quality of life and slow the cancer if he can get his body in a ph of 7. He can research that at the library. Eat a lot of greens. ACV. Mixed in water with a tea spoon of baking soda will help the P h. Disclaimer he should look all this up and decide for himself . I'm no doctor. I'm just someone with chronic illness that have found these thing helpful for me when every DR's treatment didn't work for me. Pam

That's awesome!
In Mexico they do this with hives...keep them feeding on specific bushes and the honey is incredibly effective medicine! And expensive! Lol due to maintenance of purity. I have the PDFs somewhere on the plants. Going to order a few in spring and keep them next to the hives, they wont be exclusive to those plants tho maybe it'll still give them a boost? I'll look for the article and files. I have gardens everywhere over the acres and they drink from the pond which is a good center location for the bees to have to cross gardens to drink.

FYI your bee's have a 5 mile radius from their hive. The more you provide for them to pollenate and collect pollen and nectar the less chance of them going somewhere that uses pesticides. Pam

None of mine started until 9-10 months old. They say the longer it takes them to start the less likely they are to have egg related problems. I don't know how true it is but I have read it a lot and it's a nice thought.

Thanks to both of you. At the risk of being a bit gross, my big girls have pretty large poop blobs. When I let them out in the morning their first poop is enormous. But the Amercaunas poop is like a little worm, long and skinny and I have often wondered how they could lay eggs, their vent must be so small to produce that skinny poop. Just wondering.
