I finally harvested my roosters today. I butchered all 8 of my extra roos and got a 5 gallon bucket full of meat. Its always tedious and I don't enjoy it, but it had to be done. It took me about 1.5 hours from start to finish. I posted a thread in the meat bird section on what I did so if any of you are experts and can give me advice I would appreciate it. I am used to cleaning game but I like efficiency and I like to try different methods.
