Ive been learing about carponizing for a bigger freezer camp, is there anyone around here(baton rouge greater area these days) who does it? I can and will even travel a little bit for good instruction

Thanks Cody! I think i have that one though, and im sure you tube and i can figure it out. Although im young, i realize that there isnt a subsitute for a human instructor, and this is a delicate practice, that could mean a big difference around here.

Don't sweat the typo's I do the same and have no excuse. lol! Well I was in a bad wreck and had brain injury. I could blam that lmao. All my breeds are rare most close to extinct. I have a couple heritage that aren't rare. They are breeder quilts not from hatchery. Pam.

Im also interested in the speed demon quail, does anyone have a yay or nay? I live in a neighborhood and i know you Wouldnt believe that But um some quieter birds might be appreciated by my neighbors...
