A lady set 20 of my BLRW eggs 2 wks ago yesterday. 5 were clear but the other 15 are doing great. I think the numbers are good considering they've only been laying 2 mths or less.

Really? Thats very interesting. I had such a big issue with chicks being sticky and having to keep everything very humid at hatch that the idea of no humidity at hatch makes me nervous. So far out of the first 11 all but one have hatched. The last is still chirping so I suspect it will pip soon. This is a much better hatch rate then I previously was getting. Out of 6 eggs I would get 1 or 2 that would hatch. For those hatches I had humidity around 25-30%. 

I'm refering to marans only. I dry hatch my eggs I'm hatching now they need humidity at lock down. I was told that by a breeder who has top Marans. Pam

Ok...ok...ok, just putting this out there, if anyone with marans of any type would like to trade a few chicks/eggs for maybe some buff laced polish chicks/eggs (of which i have a quad of, so getting about 3 eggs every two days) just let me know Lol

I will if no one has taken your offer. I just put mine in a seprate pen so it will be three weeks if your willing to wait. Pam

No doubt! That happens to Turk once, it was just a couple hours as I recall and no harm was done.
This looks to be some really bad stuff coming through. Everyone stay safe!!!

Would anyone be interested in a bunch of used vinyl siding? Maybe for a coop?
It is white and 1000 sq ft or more. Will be available about the end of march (still on the house right now).
