What's the status on the earring? Sorry to hear that. :/Evening everyone! Congrats on those goslings! My daughter's duckling swallowed her earring this evening. It's a pretty good size stud. I'm praying the poor thing passes it without any punctures or metal poisoning. She cried forever holding that duckling in her lap in the recliner. I know chickens swallow odd things and seem to usually do okay. I have no idea about ducks.
You are tempting me to build yet another building to get some Peas, but Hubby would have me committed for sure! Those are GEORGIOUS BIRDS!!! I will just have to visit you guys and admire them in person! Ahhhhhhh!!!

The pen is 8 feet tall. I wish that it was taller. With their tails growing so long, I want a taller roost/tree so that they can fly higher on it. Enablers? US?Happy Easter to all! A good thing our anniversay is the end of May -- it'll give me the excuse I need to tell him that I want sheep.
BTW, if anyone is looking for registered Katahdins, my cousin, Chip Duhon, in Forked Island has some for sale. Registered lambs are $250 each. I got a Registered mother with her twins at her side for what I think is a very good price. Chip is wanting to downsize a little and has several for sale.
