Terri, I wanted to thank you again for the crawfish Oppalousas (did I spell that wrong? No making fun, LONG day working and then the grocery store with not only MY boys, but friends too!!! I NEED a drink after that experience!!) recipe. I made it again the other day and it was AGAIN a huge hit! I got a good price on some shrimp (froze them) and think I'll try it with those next time.Cute silkiness!!! Love the coloring & frizzly feathers!
Sad to be back at work – it was such a nice holiday break! Gee, it’s so cold & dreary outside here – I think it’s colder now than it was this morning….both of the pea boys were fanning yesterday, silly things – it’s too soon for that!
