I did text my daughter to say if it snowed again I was going to take Amanda to the levee to sled. It's just 1/2 mile from me and sledding was my favorite activity in winter in Knoxville.

I wish I was closer to you because I sure would join you all.

Illegal rule #1: keep neighbors happy. Everything is clean with no odors; make sure they are flush with eggs; offer compost materials.
Rule #2: get others to do it and form a coilition to help challenge any rules against chickens if there is ever a problem.
Rule #3: pray
Rule #4: don't think about it and just enjoy your chickens

We would love for you to come. If you can't, just find a hill and a big box and take apart to make it flat and curl up the front for something to hold onto. Or even one of those kiddie pools you have. I had several real sleds in Knoxville so when anyone came over we could all sled. It was a sad day when I sold them at a garage moving sale when I was moving back to LA. I never thought I could use them here. But I still have my snow clothes. Yea!!!
