No, you're not stupid at all. EVERY year, BYC goes all out to come up with a fabulous April Fool's joke and posts it. And this is the joke for today. They have a lot of fun with it but then some people know it's April Fools, then, well, let's just say you can fool some people some of the time.

Thinking about getting some meat chickens....If any of you remember me complaining last year, a friend of mine un knowingly bought some from TSC last year, so I have a tiny smidge of experience with them. But, any suggestions? I'll just be getting Cornish X's from TSC or wherever

I'd say if you're going to try it, do it now before it gets hot. Bet the smell would be horrific then, never mind the fatality rate.

I sent a few more texts saying I will be by today and I hope all is well. I left a nice voicemail saying I will be coming by to pick him up today.
Hopefully somethin happened to her phone and nothing bad happened at home or to my stud and its just a lack of communication ! It's happened to mine (dunked it in a trough once and had to wait for a new one) ug just getting frustrated trying to be nice

And when you show up, wear camouflage pants and shirt with black military laced boots, strap your shot gun on and get out of your vehicle with your cross bow.

I bet she won't try that again with another person.

That is so disrespectful. I hope you get your rabbit back and he is ok. That's what happens when you try to be nice to people. It makes it bad for the next person . Here it is Tuesday and no word from her. Now I'M mad and it isn't even my rabbit but still. That makes me so mad.

I posted this on another thread and I thought I would share it with you all in the event and of you have a mysterious chicken death.

On Sunday morning when I woke up, I went out to the sheep pen to bottle feed my babies. Well, on the way back to the house, I found one of my roosters laying on the ground dead and I have no idea what happened to him. He died within 10 minutes of me seeing him. He literally just dropped dead. He had been fine and wasn't sick.

So, I decided to process him later on after processing the rest of my broilers. After plucking him, I looked closely at his innards and I was looking for the heart and for the life of me, I could not find the heart. Well, when I looked closely, the reason that I overlooked his heart was because the heart did not look like a normal chicken heart. I researched an enlarged/abnormal chicken heart and his heart looks like some of the enlarged hearts that I saw pics of online. So, I guess my poor boy may have had a heart attack or some type of heart related issue.
