and Mayhaw is our favorite jelly too,.. we are planting more tree's this year,.. a couple of different varieties. I'm gonna try mixing some of the mayhaw and the muscadine this year for a "mixed jelly" just a couple of pits for a test run,.. sometime ya know how strong that muscadine cane be.

I'm using Cornell Universities method of incubating shipped eggs on this last batch,.. vertical in a carton without turning for 7-10 days so the air cells can stabilize and the growing embryo vessels can form around any loose air cells to sort of secure it in place,.. also doing a dry hatch,...
