"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

Guineas started hatching out this morning. I have several that have aleady
hatched and pipped eggs everywhere in the bator.
They were not supposed to start hatching until Saturday though.

Here is a picture of my pheasants that hatched a few days ago. They are VERY skiddish!

Here is an updated picture of my Sebastopol goslings that I bought in Missouri a few weeks ago. I'm still waiting for them to feather out so that I can determine their color. Then, I will dna test them to determine their sex so that I can decide what to keep and how to pair them up.

I think these two are lavendar splash or possibly blue splash. Both will be curly breasted.

These three will be curly saddlebacks. I think that they will also be either lavendar or blue.

This one will also be a curly saddleback; however, I am stumped on the color. I'm hoping for a buff saddleback but I think it will likely be lavendar as well. Either buff or lavendar would be good because these two colors are recessive colors and are very rare.

Thank you! I love spending time with my geese. When sitting outside, if the goslings are loose they usually end up sitting around me. That's how I took these pictures. They were all sitting comfy around and under my chair. They are very social creatures!

Those are nice looking geese Twiley. I will have to come see your birds soon. Im buying the acre of land behind me so I will be able to venture into other poultry besides chickens.

Post some pics when you get a chance!!

Supposedly 28 days but don't tell that to mine.
Have had over half hatch out last night and more
pipping now. Looks like this is going to be a real
decent hatch.
I will try to get some pictures of them today and post
them tonight.
