No but I will ask around and let you know if I find some quail. what about quail eggs to hatch?

lol working trying to get the hubby to let me get an incubator lol but found someone on craigslist has 1 week to 3 week from a buck to a buck 50 and hatchings eggs for .15 lol was gonna call him i need some younger layers im only gettin one egg a day from 4 females witha male lol

Hi everybody! I can't believe it but actually had a pip in my Welsummer eggs this morning! hatch is running a day late. After spiking from 102.6 to dropping to a low of 92 when the power went out a few days ago - I figured this batch was a goner. I honestly didn't expect any to hatch - still not a done deal yet - but there's hope.

If these Welsummer eggs hatch, I will be selling off part of my flock, as I want to concentrate on just Ameracaunas and Welsummers.

My incubator for the last two days has been running hot, like I get home and go in the shop and inside the incubator its like 103 or 102. This is my first time hatching in an incubator and I have been worried, i candled them last nite and still all kicking around. Its supose to be in the lower 90's the rest of the week, besides today so they should be fine.

Lol, oh and these chicks are going to my father-inlaw. I wont be around the day they hatch, he is gonna come to my house and collect them as they dry off and fluff. I decided I would give him a suprise there are two perticular chicks that I want to keep and I know which eggs they are and I couldn't think of a way distinguish the chicks once they hatch. So I dyed the embros Blue last night and I'm not telling him wish I could see his face when he sees that.

lol that would be stinking awesome
