Well I guess I can't smack anyone for bragging about their rain,cause 2 of my runs have water on half of them. Now I see where I need to build up some.My Orps and guineas weren't smart enough to go back into their coop from the rain....so I have a bunch of half drowned rat looking tweens out there.They all tried to squeeze under a 2x2 piece of tin leaned against the pen instead of going into the door 2 feet away.On the up hand...the ducks are loving this weather.They are runnin round going quackers.

Went to see a movie today.... I know ur onna laugh,but I'm a Potter fanatic.Went to see the last installment today.Waited 3 days for some of the rush to be over....geez !!!!! The house was packed out for every showing. I watched in 3D...the standard showings completely sold out. We were comfortable...lol....People didn't want to pay an extra 3.25 for the upgrade...lol... Now that that's over,let's see what the new craze will be....lol....
 
Well went to Academy didn't end up getting anything pertaining to chickens but I did get a Ice chest and throwable PDF for my big boat so I'm finally legal after all the years I've had it lol.
Oh and picked up water gun for Hurbie "Turd".
 
well we finally got a little rain today, of course it was while i was in the middle of cuttin the yard, but made me so happy i actually slowed down a little and let it was h the dust off!!!, chickens went running for cover and were looking at each other like what's goin on here

No rain over here. It looked like rain but it was a false alarm. We got a bit of thunder and it got dark but that was it. And to think that I held off not mowing the yard for fear of rain. I could have cut the grass!! Oh well.

I am officialy on vacation as of tomorrow. I will be off for 1 week and I am so excited. I'm not going anywhere because (1) - too tired to go anywhere, (2) - can't fit a chicken sitter and (3) - too tired to go anywhere. I plan on laying in bed for at least 1 full day. I wish that it would rain EVERY day that I'm off. This would give me a good excuse for staying in bed.

Nothing exciting going on over here. The turkeys ran the neighbor's dog away. He hauled butt when he saw then sprinting towards him. He must have heard of their "gangster" reputation.
