Yes, Seed Saver's Exchange just HAD to remind me that now was the time to purchase garlic to be delivered in fall. Here's the order:

Lorz Italian Garlic (softneck)
Shvelisi (Chesnok Red) Garlic (hardneck)
Siberian Garlic (hardneck)
Elephant Garlic (not technically a garlic, but tasty anyway!)

Time for you to order your garlic, too?

OH its good stuff, I don't eat it straight up like hubby, I add a few cloves to my dinner plate and eat with other food... but its lovely crunchy and SOOOOOOO garlicy! LOL

I don't order mine anymore, we just save all our biggest bulbs and plant them!
I just picked most of my garlic scapes and cooked them up for dinner, talk about yummy!!
I want to try a pesto made with the scapes, sounds so good!
