Love my no clue what to do?

Sadly that means he is bred to rapidly grow and gain weight. Such birds generally do not have a very long life span because of heart and arthritic problems. Hopefully he is not a Cornish X.
Forget my earlier advice about feed and move him/her to a 16% layer and give it no more than it can consume in 20 minutes in the morning. Make sure it has lots of free range time to fulfill its diet. I suspect I've been a bad adviser. To be truthful, when I saw the pix, I didn't know what to do or say. I wanted to spare you the truth of the situation. I've been beat up for that, probably for good reason. I'm sorry if I led you e stray.
